The landmark agreement between the India & Japanese Govt. has brought forward an internship and on-the-job-training program for the youths of India to pursue under the ambit of the Indo-Japan Technical Intern Training Porgramme (TITP)

The Consortium Comprising of Insight Alpha Pvt Ltd as the lead organisation, Jaceex Ventures LLP as the Indian operational partner and Musicmine Japan as the Japan partner has been approved and designated by the “National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC)”, Government of India as a Sending Organisation (SO) under the “Indo-Japan Technical Intern Training Program (TITP)” from India from April 2022.

Indo-Japan Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) Program

TITP is an internship and on-the-job training programme envisaged by the Japanese Government and christened as – the Indo-Japan Technical Intern Training Programme (TITP). This program is an outcome of a landmark agreement between the Indian and Japanese Government. The Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE), Government of India and the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare of Japan signed a Memorandum of Cooperation initiating the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) in India on 17th October 2017.

The initiative sends India’s skilled youth to Japan for a period of 3-5 years to get trained and interned with Japanese Organisations. After their tenure with the Japanese Organisation, the trained manpower will return to India with assured placement opportunities.

Eligible and competent youth, who are willing to upgrade their technical skills through the TITP program in Japan, would be selected and trained suitably in India by the consortium member and then the consortium will liase  with numerous Supervising Organizations for placement of the trained candidates who wish to undertake Technical Intern Training in Japan.

The initiative is spearheaded in Japan by “Japan International Training Cooperation Organization (JITCO)” and “Organization for Technical Intern Training (OTIT)”, The Minister of Justice and the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare, Government of Japan.

​

The consortium has a strong Japanese Trainers team of Indian and Native Japanese Trainers both in India and Japan.

Jaceex the consortium member  has  partnered with Nec Corportaion India , the leading Japanese Conglomerate in India who have a Japanese language training Division ( NJLA). They are the main academic partners for Japanese Language Training along with Culture. The consortium also has other partners  for the cultural training and domain training in various domains.
